"Designs and colors are meh"
The designs and colors didn’t really do much for me. There just isn’t much choice, really, really not a lot to pick from.

"It feels way too pricey for..."
It feels way too pricey for what you actually get. I expected something more convenient, but instead it just gave me extra work to deal with, which was frustrating. Not really worth the money in my opinion.

"Smooth ride, steady"
It rides really smooth, and it feels stable even when the sidewalk gets bumpy. I don’t know, it just feels solid in a good way.

"Easy to Take Anywhere"
I’ve been carrying it around for a bit now, and the size is what makes it so handy. It fits into pretty much any bag or small space without being annoying, so it’s easy to bring along wherever I go...

I ordered a board and it showed up a little sooner than I thought it would. The tracking was easy to follow, and everything arrived in good shape. Smooth overall, honestly. Nothing flashy, just a reliable order

"Nice ride, but maybe I got it at the wrong time"
The board rides well and feels decent overall, but it started getting scratched up faster than I expected. Maybe it was just bad timing with where I was riding it, but the wear showed up quick.

"Customer service works when it wants to"
I had to reach out to Penny Skateboards because the tracking on my order just wasn’t updating. They did get back to me and they were polite enough, but every reply took a couple days, so it kind of felt like customer service works when it wants to.
Everything did get sorted in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience. I just wish they were quicker with responses, especially when you’re sitting there waiting on something you already paid for.
